This function was held in honour of the Hilton Hotel Pattaya, giving us the opportunity to publicly thank the Hilton staff for their wonderful work and continued support of the Human Help Network Foundation.
Their most recent and extremely generous donation was the sum of nearly 230,000 BHT—which will help us enormously in providing funds for the CPDC education account. The Hilton staff were very resourceful and raised this money by selling teddy bears to their guests during the year and donating all the profits from these sales to the CPDC.
The 10th of October was designated as the Hilton Games day at the CPDC with the basketball court transformed into a lovely dining area with decorations, music and a delicious buffet. The CDPC and Hilton staff shared a tantalizing array of dishes, and the meal ended with the children proudly performing some jazz dance routines for their guests.
A small ceremony was then held with a plaque commemorating the Hilton Pattaya Hotel as an official sponsor of the CDPC. This plaque was proudly added to the existing wall of those generous people and organisations who continue to support our work.
During the afternoon the Hilton Pattaya staff and the children shared some fun painting the wall opposite the commemoration plaques with bright colours and the addition of the children’s handprints.
The Human Help Network Foundation can only do their work with the generous support of benefactors such as the Hilton Pattaya. We give our heartfelt thanks to everyone who worked to raise this wonderful donation on our behalf, as well as taking the time to share this special day with us.
